Account Deletion — KontrolSub

To permanently delete your KontrolSub account, please follow the procedures below:

Request Procedure

To ensure the security and ownership of the account, deletion must be formally requested by email:

1. Send an email to: contato@vektordigital.com.br
2. Email subject: Account Deletion Request - KontrolSub
3. In the body of the message, you must provide the registered email address of the account you wish to remove.
4. (Optional) If you wish, briefly describe the reason for deletion. Your feedback is valuable for us to improve our service.

What happens after the request?

Once the request is received and the account owner’s identity is confirmed:

• Complete Removal: All your registered personal data (name, email, and UID) will be permanently removed.
• Subscription Data: All registered subscriptions, reminders, and spending histories will be deleted from our servers.
• Irreversibility: This process is definitive and irreversible. After completion, it will not be possible to recover any information or account history.

The deletion will be processed within a reasonable period, in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR).
